Other ideas can include a large sign in your yard, and if permitted, on the corners of your street; thus attracting the attention of drivers as they drive by. Hosting an “open house” session is another great way to promote selling your house. Of course, you would have to prepare your home in advance of the “open house” party. A thorough house cleaning would be in order as well as mowing the grass, trimming the shrubs and even planting some very pretty flowers.
